Our rooms were extremely spacious with ultra MODERN facilities, a western style.

No complaints, really, had a memorable stay for business trip. Would love to come back here some time, the hotel was clean, and location in good area was marvellous. Incredible breakfast, we had it in the lounge area...

The rooms here are super practical with all the modern amenities you need, plus a cool western vibe. 🌟 Great location, too. the breakfast is top-notch and served right on time.

The hotel has nice views and a dressing area in the room, which I thoroughly enjoyed. the food was outstanding, and the location in Yinzhou district was marvellous.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel by the lake. The room was very well appointed with great views of the city. The shower was a rain style which was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The WiFi worked really well which was a bonus. The staff were helpful and kind, eager to please the customer.

The breakfast at Intercontinental was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The tasteful decoration throughout the hotel added a touch of elegance to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its good breakfast and beautiful ambiance.

Nothing to fault.

The ambiance was perfect for a romantic escape, with marble accents and stylish, spacious rooms. The staff exuded top-notch hospitality, catering to our every need with a smile. Additionally, the location was convenient for exploring the new part of town and had easy access to transportation.

Although the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, there were not many options for Western-style dishes. Also, the lack of nearby dining options made it difficult to venture out for a romantic dinner. We wish the hotel could have provided more suggestions for local restaurants.

You can enjoy the beautiful lake view from your spacious and neat room. the hospitable staff caters to all your needs and their breakfast menu offers a great variety of delicious options.

Located by the lake, this hotel offers beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with rain-style showers and comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly helpful and eager to please, providing top-notch customer service. Guests can enjoy a plentiful breakfast buffet with a variety of food options. Additionally, the hotel features a small club lounge with a well-stocked bar and generous happy hour.

Some staff members have poor English skills, which can make communication difficult for foreign guests.

Nothing not to love.

The venue provided the luxurious amenities I needed. the spa and indoor swimming pool were divine, and the restaurant offered a special diet menu that accommodated my needs. the bar/lounge area was lively, and the private facilities were exclusive.

There was a minor issue with language barriers at the hotel, but it was resolved by a helpful attendant who spoke English. It could have been more convenient if more employees spoke the language.

Great city views, rain-style shower, comfortable bed. WiFi worked well. Plentiful food selection, soulful entertainment. Free access to fitness center, indoor pool. Tasteful breakfast with various options. Friendly employees, always smiling.
